Evaluation

All organizations that receive a grant from the Koch Foundation must submit an Evaluation Form no later than February 1st, of the following year after receiving the grant. If the project is not completed within the one year period, you must complete the form as a Progress Report. It must state why there is a delay in completing the project and when it is expected to be completed. Failure to send an Evaluation Form/Progress Report will jeopardize future eligibility to apply to the Foundation.
